Sébastien founded LA LUNA PRODUCTIONS in 1994 and focused at the beginning on the production of short films, pursuing his work of seeking new talents. Years after years, he has produced more than 100 films (shorts, documentaries and features) screened worldwide, winning over 600 awards, with an Oscar nomination in 2009 for the fiction short film Manon On the Asphalt (directed by Elizabeth Marre, Olivier Pont). Recently, Tsutsue (directed by Amartei Armar) a coproduction with AKA Entertainment (Ghana) was in Cannes Official Competition in 2022, America (directed by Giacomo Abbruzzese) was nominated to the french Academy Cesars award 2022. During the last years, Sébastien made mostly international coproductions (with Tunisia, Lebanon, Italy, El Salvador, Iran, Ghana, Azerbaïdjan, Sénégal, etc.). Red Path (feature film directed by Lotfi Achour coproduced with Tunisian, Belgium and Poland) is the final stage of post-production and will be released in 2024. He is developing several feature films and still producing short films. Sébastien Hussenot received the Producer Award of the Procirep at the Clermont Ferrand Festival in 2018.

Giselle LIN Xuan Qing is a writer-director from Singapore. She graduated with a BA (Hons) in Film (1st) from LASALLE College of the Arts Puttnam School of Film & Animation in 2021 and her thesis film Yi yi (Time Flows in Strange Ways on Sundays), premiered in the 74th Locarno Film Festival’s Pardi di domani: International Competition. Concurrently, her debut feature project Midnight Blue Spring won the grand prize of the inaugural 2022 Locarno Residency, while her sophomore short film I look into the mirror and repeat to myself premiered in competition at the 76th Locarno Film Festival and won Best Singapore Short Film at the 34th Singapore International Film Festival. Giselle strives to tell stories about women, for women: stories that depict women’s passions, disappointments, and routines.

Mark Prebble
Writer & Director I New Zealand
Mark is the Festival Manager of Show Me Shorts, New Zealand's leading short film festival, and has been part of the SMS team for the last ten years. He has represented the festival on panels at Clermont-Ferrand, Cannes Short Film Corner and CSFF (China). He comes from a filmmaking and theatre background, and has been involved in the New Zealand film industry for more than two decades.
