Dionisis Sotovikis

Architect I Greece

Dionisis Sotovikis was born in Athens in 1970. Between 1991 and 1996, he studied at the Architectural Association School of Architecture in London, under the guidance of professors such as David Racz, David Turnbull, and Kisa Kawakami. At the same time, he traveled throughout Europe, America, and Iceland, where he completed his diploma thesis, which was awarded the 2nd prize by the Technical Chamber of Greece in 1997. Since 1999, continuing his family’s long three-generation tradition in the construction field, has been working as an architect based in Athens, and in 2004 he founded Workshop Dionisis Sotovikis, a space for exhibition and creation. Since 2015, has been a member of the board of directors of the Hellenic Institute of Architecture. He has designed and executed numerous private projects throughout Greece and abroad, spanning a wide range of project types, styles, and scales. In recent years, he has dedicated himself to the preservation of Aristomenis Provelengios’ atelier in Kypseli as well as the Rodakis residence in Aegina, while at the same time publishing Themata, a printed review of architecture, art, and all forms of human expression and creativity, aiming to highlight the constant references that remain unchanged over time.

Francesco Garutti

Francesco Garutti is Associate Director Programs at the CCA Montreal since 2017. Using art, architecture and moving image projects to activate critical and cross-disciplinary forms of research, Garutti investigates topics such as the rise of emotional capitalism, the relationship between technology and politics, and the role of institutions today. For CCA, he has curated The Things Around Us (2021) and the research and exhibition project Our Happy Life (2019). He’s been directing the “Out of the Box” program on the Gordon Matta-Clark collection at CCA and the one on the Amancio Williams Archive. His latest exhibition and film series Groundwork (2024-2025) has been presented at CCA and in institutions and biennials worldwide such as the Venice Architecture Biennale in 2025 and the 15th Shanghai Art Biennale. He's co-editor of the volume The Museum is Not Enough n.10-14 published by CCA and Lenz in 2025. Francesco Garutti is President of the Studio Archivio Alberto Garutti in Milan.

Filmmaker & Αrchitect I Iceland

Pétur Jónsson is an Icelandic musician, filmmaker, and architect. He is a member of the instrumental electronic duo Hugar. His work exists at the intersection of sound, space, and moving image.

​Leonor Martín Taibo

Architect and Filmmaker I Spain

Leonor Martín Taibo is an architect and filmmaker. She trained in documentary and experimental filmmaking at the Escuela Internacional de Cine y TV de San Antonio de los Baños (Cuba), as well as at La Fragua Bruta and ECAM (Spain). Her practice operates across design, dissemination, audiovisual production, and teaching. As a filmmaker, she has written and directed the short films Gran Vía scenario, End of season (awarded Best Short Film at the Psarokokalo Film Festival in the Architecture and Environment section), and The will of water.
